thanks katy! we are struggling to keep up with enormous traffic, so if your elf takes more than 10 or so seconds to load, that means we're trying to get the site back up! try back in 30 minutes or so.
Also- don't forget to record a message over the phone! Your "elfed self" will speak the message as it dances.
